We have done it! The house officially went on sale today. We've been cranking hard for the past 3 weeks to clean, paint, repair, store and give stuff away, just so that we could get to this point. The house looks awesome! I can't take even half of the credit; Kristin is a powerhouse with a great eye for detail and a vision for what the house needed to look like. And it does. It's beautiful, at least, as beautiful as it can be for the level of effort and dollars we were able and willing to put in.

What's next? It's a really great question, and though we have ideas, we don't have a solid plan. Figuring that out will be the next big push, and I expect that a push it will indeed be.
